According to him, each project is linked to a specific state agency, and the head of that agency is responsible for its implementation until the end of the current year. In case of failure to meet deadlines, individual responsibility is provided.
Karasartov noted that at the instruction of the President's Administration, a list of 113 projects proposed by the regions was compiled and then submitted for approval. After that, a specific person—the head of the corresponding state agency—is assigned to each project.
“For example, if the Ministry of Economy is tasked with 15 projects, the minister is personally responsible for their successful implementation by the end of the year. If a project is not launched for any reason, this person will bear the responsibility,” he added.
Furthermore, he noted that entrepreneurs face not only financing issues but also administrative barriers, such as land transformation, approvals, and logistics. In such situations, state agencies must get involved to quickly resolve the problems that arise.
In particular, during the implementation of the aerated concrete plant project in the Alamudun district, a problem with the delivery of oversized equipment from China, which was delayed at the "Torugart" checkpoint, was resolved. After the intervention of state agencies, the cargo was successfully delivered to the site.
Karasartov emphasized that responsible state agencies must quickly and effectively address emerging issues to ensure the launch of all enterprises.
