- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he plans to present an updated version of the peace agreement to the United States on Wednesday and expressed readiness for an "energy truce" with Russia, if the Russian side is also prepared for this. He added that within 60-90 days, Ukraine could hold elections, provided that the U.S. and European partners ensure the security of their conduct.
