After being appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya, Akhmad Kadyrov will continue to fulfill his duties as the Minister of Physical Culture and Sports, a position he was appointed to in May 2024. Previously, from February to May of the same year, he held the position of Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic.
In addition to the appointment of Akhmad Kadyrov, Ramzan Kadyrov also approved Ahmed Dudayev as the acting Deputy Prime Minister, who previously served as the Minister for External Relations and Information.
“Both Akhmad Kadyrov and Ahmed Dudayev have significant management experience and a deep understanding of the specifics of their areas of work, which makes them effective and responsible leaders,” noted the Telegram channel of the Head of Chechnya.
