
According to the new document, the following examinations will be conducted to assess the risks of early aging:
- clinical blood test with ESR and general urine analysis;
- biochemical blood tests to determine levels of ferritin, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, as well as zinc, magnesium, and tumor necrosis factor — if the biological age differs from the chronological age by five years or more;
- tests to identify premature activation of metabolic processes, including levels of insulin, glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), testosterone in men, and estradiol in women;
- measurement of calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase levels for early detection of musculoskeletal system problems;
- studies aimed at determining the risks of metabolic disorders, obesity, cognitive function decline, and psycho-emotional issues.
Examinations will be conducted in specialized medical centers focused on healthy longevity.
