In March of this year, the United States will take the chairmanship position in the UN Security Council, and the agenda for the meeting on the 2nd will address issues related to education, technology, as well as peace and security.
According to The Guardian, Security Council meetings are usually conducted under the leadership of ambassadors from member countries or high-profile representatives from the cabinet.

According to Reuters, this letter discusses the fate of Ukrainian children taken to Russia during the conflict. Later, Fox News published the text of the letter, in which Ukraine was not mentioned. The letter stated: "Mr. Putin, you alone can bring joyful laughter back to these children. By protecting the innocence of these children, you will not only serve Russia but all of humanity." In October, Melania Trump reported that her representative is conducting direct negotiations with Putin's team to ensure the safe reunification of Ukrainian children with their families, noting that after these contacts, eight children were able to return to their loved ones.
