The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, reported on his Telegram channel about the increasing pressure from Russia on various sections of the Ukrainian front.
He noted that the number of clashes has significantly increased, and in recent days their number has exceeded 200.
“Enemy losses have also risen: from Tuesday to Thursday alone, about 4,840 occupiers were eliminated, both killed and wounded,” he added.
Syrsky emphasized that the activity of the enemy's superior forces requires the Ukrainian troops to employ new, asymmetric approaches. At the same time, he noted that the Ukrainian forces continue to act actively, seizing the initiative and restoring their positions.
In addition, he conducted an inspection in the southern operational zone and met with the command.
“On-site, I issued orders to improve the supply of ammunition, drones, and other necessary resources. I thank the commanders for their thoughtful decisions and for saving the lives of our soldiers. Thank you to every fighter, sergeant, and officer for their daily struggle and for destroying the enemy,” concluded the Commander-in-Chief.
