- A trilateral round of negotiations between delegations from Ukraine, Russia, and the USA has concluded in Geneva. Although no specific decisions were made, Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the parties have nearly agreed on a mechanism for a ceasefire, but there is currently no progress on political issues. Rustem Umerov, representing Ukraine, emphasized the need to create conditions for a political solution that will be discussed by the heads of state.
- After the formal negotiations ended, Vladimir Medinsky, head of the Russian delegation, held a meeting with Rustem Umerov and David Arakhamia at the hotel where the meeting took place.
