An earthquake occurred in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan

Yesterday, November 23, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 was recorded in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. The Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences reported this event.

The tremors were registered at 19:12 local time.

The epicenter was located 4 kilometers south of the village of Sary-Telegey and 7 kilometers southeast of the village of Toktoyan, as well as 40 kilometers northeast of the city of Karakol.

The strength of the earthquake in the villages of Toktoyan, Sary-Telegey, Ken-Suu, and Ak-Chiy was 3 points.
