Today in Bishkek, around 11:08, a report was received by the "102" service about the presence of suspected explosive devices in several schools, which was sent via the Telegram messenger.
According to the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department, the schools in question are No. 24, 44, 15, 10, and the private Kings International School. In connection with this situation, relevant materials were registered in the district departments, and preliminary investigations began.
It was reported that students and staff of the educational institutions were evacuated, and the surrounding areas were cordoned off. Canine units also participated in the inspection. However, no suspicious items were found in the specified educational institutions.
The Bishkek City Police Department reminds that false reports about planted explosive devices carry criminal liability, including the possibility of imprisonment. Previously, several individuals have already been prosecuted for similar actions.
