He provided loans under extremely unfavorable conditions with high interest rates, which led to citizens losing their property due to accumulated debts.
At the end of the meeting, Kamchybek Tashiev instructed GKNB employees to conduct an inspection of all pawnshops, including an analysis of interest rates and lending conditions. He also emphasized that he would take control of the investigation, and the responsible services must establish all facts, identify those involved, and take measures to fully compensate the victims.
