A unique green structure—a pixel studio—has been installed in Ala-Too Square in Bishkek, opening a new television channel "Nomad-TV," which will begin operations in November.
Natalia Krolevich, the channel's editor-in-chief, reported that this quickly erected studio is part of the preparations for the launch and will be used for live broadcasts, interviews, and briefings.
“We want to demonstrate that we are different from others. Our pixel studio was built in just two days and can also be taken down just as quickly. We plan to use it during the elections and the CSTO summit,” noted Natalia Krolevich.
Journalists from 24.kg have already visited the studio, where the final technical preparations are being completed. The choice of location for the site is not accidental: government institutions are located in the city center, allowing for prompt interviews with high-ranking officials.
The studio has sparked lively discussions on social media, with some city residents suggesting that it is a retail point or pavilion.
“We were ready for criticism. It is important to note that this studio is temporary; it will not stay here for long. Such structures are common in capitals around the world,” added Natalia Krolevich.
According to her, the reaction from passersby has been positive: children greeted the journalists, and many wanted to take photos against the backdrop of the new studio.
The channel's management expresses gratitude to the Bishkek city administration for their assistance in installing the structure.
“We did not encounter difficulties in explaining our idea. The city authorities supported us at every stage,” noted Natalia Krolevich.
The launch of "Nomad-TV" is scheduled for November 21, although this date may change. The channel's team plans to actively cover the elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh and the CSTO summit in new formats.
