
The event, organized by the World Dance Sport Federation (WDSF), brought together the best dance couples from various corners of Europe, including representatives from France, Italy, Romania, Latvia, and the Czech Republic.
Kyrgyzstan was represented by the couple Vladimir Vyrleev and Maria Proshletsova, who competed in the "WDSF Open - Adults, Latin up to 21 years" category.
Their performance was marked by a high level of artistry and synchronization, allowing them to confidently take first place and become gold medalists, which was a true pride for the country.
In addition, Vyrleev and Proshletsova also participated in the "WDSF International Open - Adults, Latin" category, where they managed to reach the finals, finishing fourth among 31 couples from around the world. This result was a testament to the excellent preparation and skill of Kyrgyz dancers on the international stage.
The Dance Sport Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasized that the success of this couple is a significant contribution to the development of competitive ballroom dancing in the country and will serve as an incentive for young athletes to continue their training and represent Kyrgyzstan on the global stage.
