In the Alamidin district, work has begun on laying a concrete surface on the "R7" canal, as reported by a correspondent from Turmush at the district state administration.

According to information from the Ministry of Agriculture, the length of the "R7" canal is 4.16 kilometers and it will provide irrigation water for 3,212 hectares of agricultural land. The concrete surface will help reduce water losses during irrigation, improving water supply for local farmers and residents, which in turn will create conditions for increasing agricultural crop yields.
The Alamidin district water management authority plans to lay a concrete surface over a section 1,100 meters long.

Currently, the laying of 200 meters of concrete surface has already been completed,” the official statement notes.
