In the Mold-Niyaz area, located in the Kadamjay district, the development of over 700 hectares of previously unused land is underway.

According to information provided by the district administration, the new non-irrigable plots are being allocated to both private entrepreneurs and local residents. Farmers who have received these lands are actively drilling vertical wells for water supply, planting orchards, and carrying out landscaping work.

Additionally, 200 hectares of new land have been transferred to the Kadamjay Water Management Authority. As part of this project, two vertical water wells have been drilled to ensure water supply. The necessary pipelines for organizing a drip irrigation system have already been delivered. Furthermore, the construction of a reservoir with a capacity of 6000 cubic meters is planned. A budget of 50 million soms has been allocated from the state budget for the development of these 200 hectares.
