According to information provided by the video's author, who is a taxi driver, he entered the kindergarten's premises on a call and witnessed a woman loading packaged goods into the trunk. The driver's assumptions that these items belonged to the institution sparked significant public outcry.
In response to this event, the Osh City Education Department released an official statement. It clarified that the video was filmed on the premises of the private kindergarten "Ilim-Osh".
As reported by the kindergarten's director, Alima Abdivasieva, the woman in the video is J.A., a maintenance worker at the institution. She explained that the woman had purchased the food at the market to celebrate her husband's birthday. While she was at the market, a heating system malfunction occurred at the kindergarten, and J.A. was called back to address the issue. After fixing the problem, she went out again to return home, calling a taxi.
“J.A. is a conscientious and responsible employee. We have confirmed that the items captured in the video do not belong to our kindergarten,” the director added.
The Education Department noted that the taxi driver published the video without verifying the facts, which led to damaging the employee's reputation and creating a negative image for the education sector. The agency considers it necessary to take action against such behavior.
According to the press service of the Osh City Internal Affairs Department, the taxi driver's complaint was registered on December 7, and an investigation is currently underway regarding this matter.
