According to him, the district departments encountered extremely unsatisfactory conditions. For example, the department in Suzak was located in premises resembling a library, while in Bazar-Korgon it was situated in the district court building, which had only two small rooms allocated. In Nooken, employees were placed in a corner of the House of Culture, and in Tash-Kumyr, their department was located in a privatized house.
Tashiev shared that upon becoming the head of the GKNB, he visited Ala-Buka and saw the conditions under which his subordinates worked: the roof of the building was leaking, and there was dampness and disrepair inside. He emphasized that such a situation was observed everywhere.
In the Jalal-Abad regional office, there were only one or two offices, and the area resembled a small courtyard turned into a warehouse. According to him, when a vehicle entered the site, it was impossible to exit back. The area of the site was not 20 acres, but only 12, which made work extremely difficult. Tashiev noted that the government agency responsible for national security did not have adequate premises for effective operation.
He also expressed the opinion that officials were not paying attention to these problems and were not taking measures to address them.
