According to the district administration, the event was held in the meeting hall of the district administration. In his speech, Murataliev emphasized the implementation of the President's Decree "Uluutuk dem – uluttuk biiktyk" and the development of the state Kyrgyz language, also mentioning the historical roots of the Kyrgyz people. He stressed the necessity of strict adherence to the law "On the State Language."
