The premiere of the first military-historical series in Kyrgyzstan will take place in Bishkek.

On December 29, the premiere of the artistic series "Өрт кечкен сөйкө" ("Earring that Passed Through Fire") will take place at the "Manas" cinema in Bishkek. This event is dedicated to military-historical themes, as reported in the press release from the Ministry of Culture.

According to information from the Ministry of Culture, this project will be the first military series in the history of Kyrgyz cinema.

“The series was created by the creative association 'Kyrgyzserial'. It centers around the story of 1,395 women from Kyrgyzstan who voluntarily went to the front during World War II. The plot is based on real events and covers the life paths of girls from various regions, including the Hero of the Soviet Union, pilot Yevdokiya Paskho from Karakol, surgeon Rafu Aydarbekov from the Chui region, as well as anti-aircraft gunner Tamara Baltabaeva, radio operators, scouts, snipers, and paramedics,” the Ministry of Culture stated.
