Due to severe frosts, schools in the Ak-Tal district have switched to distance learning

In the Naryn region, in the Ak-Tal district, due to extremely low temperatures, schools have switched to distance learning for a period of one week. This information was provided by the deputy akim of the district, Kanibek Esenaliev, in an interview with the "Kabar" agency.

According to Esenaliev, this decision was made at a meeting of the operational headquarters to protect the health of students and ensure their safety.

“The air temperature in the district has significantly dropped, reaching -30…-35°C. Many students living in remote areas have to travel to school in the early morning hours, covering distances of up to two kilometers. This has become one of the reasons for the transition to online learning for one week,” he added.
