
During the year 2025, 112 cases of violations were identified at veterinary control points on the border of Kyrgyzstan during the inspection of imported agricultural products. This information was provided by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Acts of return for the goods were drawn up for each of these cases.
The violations were distributed among various countries as follows:
Kazakhstan – 48 acts of return
Uzbekistan – 51 acts of return
Russia – 8 acts of return
Pakistan – 1 act of return
China (PRC) – 3 acts of return
Turkey – 1 act of return
The main reasons for the violations were non-compliance of veterinary documents with established requirements, failure to adhere to cargo safety standards, and violations of veterinary and sanitary standards.
