These enterprises focus on the processing of agricultural products and the development of infrastructure in the fields of trade and logistics. Among them are trade and logistics centers, as well as factories for processing grains, fruits, vegetables, berries, as well as production facilities for dairy, meat, and fish products, as well as vegetable oil and organic goods. As a result of the opening of new enterprises, 2,707 jobs were created.
Furthermore, from January to November of last year, the share of food industry enterprises in the total volume of industrial production amounted to 17.4 percent.
The agro-industrial complex of the country produced food products worth 94.2 billion soms. In the next year, 2026, the opening of another 75 processing enterprises is planned.
