Export of Agricultural Products from Kyrgyzstan in 2025 Entered New Markets

In 2025, the Kyrgyz Republic achieved significant success in the export of agricultural and processed products, greatly increasing its export capabilities. According to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Kyrgyz goods are confidently entering international markets, and the geography of their supplies continues to grow.

Exports to the People's Republic of China have become particularly active. Currently, eight protocols have been signed regarding the supply of wool, cashmere, beans, poultry, and by-products, as well as three protocols for thermally processed meat and leather raw materials. Additionally, supplies of dried fruits have begun, and the first batch of 23 tons of dried apricots has already been sent to China. Preparations for the export of wine, vegetable oil, and vegetables are also underway.

Work is ongoing to obtain permission for the export of honey to European Union countries. At the same time, 298 kilograms of honey have already been exported to the United Kingdom, marking an important step in promoting Kyrgyz goods in the European market.

In 2025, 144 horses were sent to Saudi Arabia, highlighting Kyrgyzstan's high potential in livestock, as noted by the department.

Furthermore, the export of dried fruits, honey, and other processed products is actively developing through the Wildberries platform, opening new opportunities in the field of digital exports.

The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry emphasizes that the successes in exports in 2025 contribute to supporting local producers, expanding markets, and ensuring sustainable economic development in the country.
