According to him, 100 hectares of land that previously belonged to private individuals and were unused have been transferred to the state and handed over to the management of the state enterprise "Agroholding" under the ministry. The project is being implemented under the directive of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Torobaev noted that all necessary communications have been brought to the future site of the plant: sewage, water supply, and electricity supply. In the future, entrepreneurs engaged in wool, leather, and livestock products will be able to lease production areas.
The construction of the leather processing plant is planned to be completed within 1.5 years. It is expected that the implementation of this project will contribute to the development of the processing industry, the creation of new jobs, and an increase in the added value of livestock products.
