At the veterinary control point "Torugart" in the Naryn region, a shipment weighing 20 tons of tail fat was stopped while attempting to be imported from China. This information was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan.
The inspection conducted by the inspectors revealed serious violations of veterinary and sanitary norms in accordance with the Eurasian Economic Union regulations. In particular, the accompanying documents did not meet the requirements, and discrepancies were found in the conditions of cargo transportation.
As a result of the inspection, return acts were drawn up, and the cargo was sent back through the "Torugart" checkpoint.
