During the reporting period, there was a rise in average prices for both apartments and residential houses in Bishkek and Osh.
According to the agency's information, the average price per square meter of housing in the capital also increased compared to the previous year.
The highest price increase affected individual-type apartments — 21.7 percent. Apartments of the 105th series rose by 18.9 percent, the 308th by 17.7 percent, and the 104th by 17.4 percent.
In Osh, apartments of the 104th series became more expensive by 26.9 percent, the 105th by 24.4 percent, and private ones by 11.6 percent.
As for residential houses, the average price per square meter in Bishkek increased by 26.8 percent, with the highest price growth recorded in the Sverdlovsk district (+37.11 percent). In Osh, houses became more expensive by 37.04 percent.
It should be noted that the increase in real estate prices exceeded the inflation rate, which was 9.2 percent in 2025.
