Representatives from various organizations participated in the signing of the document, including the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Investment Agency, the Bishkek City Hall, JSC "Eldik Bank," LLC "Bat Jet," and the Chinese company China National Heavy Machinery Corporation.
The main task of the memorandum is to coordinate the actions of all parties and develop cooperation for the successful implementation of this infrastructure project, which is aimed at improving the transport logistics of the capital and reducing the load on Bishkek's road network.
All participants expressed their interest in establishing partnerships based on equality, mutual benefit, and openness. The Western Bypass Road project is seen as a key step in the development of transport infrastructure and attracting investments to the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
