In response to accusations of destroying the private sector of automotive education, Sadyr Japarov stated that the owners of driving schools were notified in advance about the upcoming changes.

Currently, a state monopoly is being introduced in the country, which means that training will only be possible in state driving schools. This raises concerns among the owners of private educational institutions, who believe that their businesses are being destroyed.

In an interview with the "Kabar" agency, the president noted that many driving schools ignored warnings about the reform:

“We warned them in advance. Starting in 2026, licenses for these schools will no longer be issued, and significant changes will occur in this field. However, many continued to operate under old schemes, focusing on quick training of students and profit rather than the quality of education. One cannot treat such an important industry so lightly. However, employees of private driving schools will not be left without work; they will be accepted into positions in state educational institutions,” the president stated.
