Traffic jams reach significant lengths
Residents of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, as well as its guests, expressed dissatisfaction with the frequent traffic jams caused by the work of UPSM employees regulating traffic. A video capturing such a situation has appeared on social media.
In particular, on January 26 at around 18:30, a significant traffic jam formed on Akhunbaev Street, stretching from Manas Avenue to Abdrakhmanov Street.
“The situation was critical — kilometer-long traffic jams. People were leaving buses and continuing on foot. One of the passengers approached the inspector to express her dissatisfaction,” witnesses of the incident reported.
