According to information from the representation, the center will house modern museums, bowling alleys, cinemas, and mazes, as well as areas dedicated to the intellectual and creative development of children.
Particular attention in the project is given to the installation of five to six artificial intelligence robots, which will be able to work as guides in the future, communicating in the Kyrgyz language. Currently, negotiations are underway with Chinese partners on this matter.
Despite the winter conditions, 115 workers are involved in the construction. The project is being implemented by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush".
Maksat Baizhitov noted that all major construction initiatives in the Talas region are planned to be completed by August 31, on the country's Independence Day, which will be celebrated at the republican level in this region in 2026.
The location of the new center is: Talas city, Shambetov Street, No. 70. The total area of the building will be 17,000 square meters. The initiator of the project is the plenipotentiary representative of the President in the Talas region, Ermat Jumayev, and it has received support from President Sadyr Japarov.
