As noted by the city administration, inspections are carried out by the Department of Transport Development and Road Transport Infrastructure in cooperation with the municipal enterprises "Bishkek City Transport" and "Tulpar." Passengers who do not pay for their travel receive a fine of 1,000 soms.
Control raids are conducted daily from 09:00 to 18:00. The city administration emphasized that preparations for such events began back in 2024, when training and explanatory programs were organized.
The city authorities urged residents to adhere to the rules of using public transport and to remember to pay for their travel on time.
