Argen Biymyrza uulu, a poet from the National Theater "Manas," took third place at the international aitys held in Kazakhstan titled "He was a hero born for the people...".

According to the theater's information, the event took place in Uralsk and was dedicated to the centenary of the outstanding statesman and public figure Mustakhim Ikshanov.

Mustakhim Belyalovich Ikshanov (March 30, 1926, Baydukov village, Uralsk province, Kazakh ASSR — November 18, 1991) was a Soviet Kazakh statesman and party leader. Over the years, he held positions such as the first secretary of the Kyzylorda regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan (1963—1966), the first secretary of the Zhambyl regional committee of the Communist Party (1970—1971), and the first secretary of the Uralsk regional committee of the Communist Party (1976—1985). Ikshanov was also a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1976—1986) and a member of the Central Revision Commission of the CPSU (1971—1976). He served as a deputy of the Soviet Union's Supreme Soviet Council in the 7th-8th (1962—1970) and 9th-11th convocations (1974—1989), representing the Uralsk region (11th convocation).
