By the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, the transition of the "Muras" historical and cultural heritage fund to the management of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan has been implemented.

Now, the fund, which was previously under the purview of presidential structures, will operate as part of the Institute of History, Archaeology, and Ethnology named after B. Jamgerchinov at the NAS KR. This decision aims to enhance the research capabilities of the institute and develop scientific directions related to the study of the cultural heritage and history of the country.

The Institute of History has been tasked with adapting its internal procedures in accordance with the new decree and taking the necessary organizational measures for the full integration of the fund.

Additionally, the decree of April 25, 2012, No. 94 has been amended: now the functions of overseeing the fund's activities have been transferred from the presidential office directly to the director of the Institute of History of the NAS KR. Changes have also occurred in some structural positions concerning the bodies responsible for methodological and analytical support.
