Last year, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services conducted inspections at 3,806 construction sites. This was reported by Deputy Minister Talantbek Imanakun uulu during a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on industrial policy, transport, fuel and energy complex, architecture, and construction.

He added that in 2025, the State Expertise Department reviewed applications regarding 2,401 sites, of which 2,005 received construction permits.

“The Construction Department, which oversees the quality of construction, registered 3,806 buildings, verifying and confirming their compliance with standards. As a result, 2,488 protocols on detected violations were drawn up, and the total amount of fines reached 140 million soms,” noted Imanakun uulu.

In addition, he pointed out that in 2024, fines totaling 120.1 million soms were imposed. The Deputy Minister emphasized that this data confirms the thoroughness of the Ministry of Construction's inspections at all stages of construction in the country.
