The number of minibuses operating on the Bishkek—Tokmok route will increase, and new trips will be added. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

As stated in the message, on January 30, representatives of the Department of Ground and Water Transport, together with the Chuy-Bishkek Regional Administration, conducted an inspection of passenger transportation on the specified route. Residents reported that after 7:00 PM, minibuses stop running, forcing them to resort to taxi services. During the monitoring process, it was found that on Fridays and Saturdays, there is an increase in the number of passengers traveling from Bishkek to Tokmok.

As a result of a meeting held on February 2 with participants working on route lines No. 350 and No. 353, it was noted that on weekends, passenger traffic significantly increases; however, after 8:00 PM, the number of passengers drops, which creates difficulties for drivers in covering their expenses.

Following the meeting, it was decided that it is necessary to ensure a sufficient number of trips for the comfortable transportation of citizens. If necessary, additional reserve minibuses will be allocated, and the number of trips will be increased beyond the established schedule.
