"The tariff rate is 102 soms, and each month we form our own balance. For example, the average balance is 165 hours, and we pay it according to the tariff rate. Passenger flow, the regularity of routes, and overtime hours are also taken into account," he added.
Additionally, public transport drivers will receive a 20 percent bonus for quality service.
