Recently, residents of Bishkek have noticed problems with the road surface on the section from Almatinskaya Street to Baytik Baatyr Street, which was recently repaired. According to them, the new asphalt began to deteriorate immediately after the snow melted, with cracks, unevenness, and depressions appearing on the surface. A video capturing the condition of the road is actively circulating on social media.

Residents are demanding to find out which company was responsible for laying the asphalt, who was in charge of technical oversight, and who will be held accountable for the poor-quality repairs. They are also insisting on an investigation into the situation and the need to restore the damaged section at the contractor's expense.

Similar problems were previously noted in the Suzak district, where the new asphalt also began to deteriorate.
