The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, has instructed to review the training periods in driving schools. This was reported by the press service of the State Center for Vehicle Registration.

According to the agency, the President's Chief of Staff Kanbek Tumanbaev stated that for cadets demonstrating outstanding results, testing will be offered after just four months of training in an experimental mode.

Cadets who successfully complete the exam and testing will be able to obtain temporary driver's licenses valid for one year. If they do not violate traffic rules during this time, they will be issued permanent driver's licenses.

Starting February 10, an online application process for citizens to enroll in state driving schools will begin in Kyrgyzstan, along with the implementation of updated driver training programs.

It should be noted that according to the planned reform, the training course in state driving schools for obtaining a driver's license will take 10 months.
