Due to the illegal approval of projects, a critical situation has developed in Osh: the deadlines for the completion of residential buildings are being delayed, investors are expressing dissatisfaction, and traffic jams are occurring on the streets due to the overloaded road network and lack of parking.
During the criminal case, GKNB officers detained and placed in a temporary detention facility the first deputy chief architect of the city of Osh, T.Y.K., and architecture specialist T.Z.M. The investigation is ongoing, and the special services are taking measures to identify other individuals involved in corruption crimes in the construction sector of the region.
