Modular technologies will be used in the project
The construction of a new modern city is planned in the village of Kyzyl-Suu. Local authorities shared details in an interview with Turmush.
According to the akim of the Jetiy-Oz district, Ermek Bakhaudinov, a delegation from Kyrgyzstan recently visited Kashgar, China, where negotiations were held regarding the implementation of the project to create a small city within the rural area.
The implementation of this project has been entrusted to a Chinese development company that has been operating internationally since 2012 and has significant experience in modular construction.
The project includes the construction of residential complexes, social and commercial infrastructure, as well as a modular construction factory on an area of 5 hectares. The total area of the new city will be 15 hectares, and the start of construction work is scheduled for 2026.
