The company "Alliance Altyn" supported the training of teachers
In the Talas region, the training of 120 secondary school teachers has been completed, aimed at enhancing qualifications in effective methods of preparation for the national exam.
This initiative was organized by the public organization "Bilimland" in January 2026. Teachers from the Aitmatov, Talas, Bakai-Ata, and Manas districts, as well as the city of Talas, underwent a course, as a result of which they received certificates of completion aimed at preparing for the ORT.
As reported by Ernis Jakypov, the head of "Bilimland," in 2024, training will be focused only in the Manas district. However, thanks to the support of "Alliance Altyn," funding has been secured to expand the program to the entire Talas region in the 2025-2026 academic year.
"In the first year, we started in one district, and this year we managed to cover almost all accredited schools in the region. For the trained teachers, we also provided one hundred special textbooks for each district so that they could assist graduates in preparing for the ORT. Now these teachers will organize two-month courses for their students and will be rewarded for their work," noted Ernis Jakypov.
Representatives of educational institutions at both the city and district levels emphasized the importance of such educational projects and thanked the organizers. The main goal of this project is to improve the level of education in the Talas region and support graduates from remote settlements in achieving high results on national exams.
Since its inception, the company "Alliance Altyn" has actively supported the education sector and financed various initiatives.
