Citizens of Kyrgyzstan can now remotely apply for the exchange of the new 2020 passport through the mobile application "Tunduk." The time required to process the application is 18 working days, as reported by the press service of the State Enterprise "Kyzmat."

Applications can be submitted for the following reasons:Requirements for photographs include international ICAO standards: the facial expression must be neutral, the gaze directed at the camera (slight deviation to the side is allowed), and the eyebrows should be in a natural position. A slight smile is permitted. The photo should be taken without headgear, except in cases of wearing a women's scarf that does not cover the face and fits snugly around the head. The photograph must be taken no earlier than six months before submission, size — 35 x 45 mm, in color on a white background. When wearing glasses, the frames should not cover the eyes, and the lenses should not cause glare. People with vision impairments are allowed to use dark lenses. Clothing should be casual or office wear.
