According to information from the ministry, the new system will be developed based on the automated information system "Mugalim." It is expected that the selection will be carried out based on a digital analysis of the data presented in teachers' electronic portfolios.
The automated system will generate lists of candidates based on pre-approved criteria, which include: results of professional development, authorial and methodological developments, achievements in the profession, participation in competitions, and other significant events.
The implementation of this digital mechanism, according to the ministry, will create equal conditions for all educators and significantly reduce the influence of the human factor on the selection process.
