The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Pakistan to the Kyrgyz Republic, Altamash Wazir Khan, held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Health, Temirbek Erkinov. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
During the discussion, important aspects of cooperation in the field of healthcare and medical education were considered.
Particular attention was given to issues of improving the quality of medical education for Pakistani students studying in medical institutions of Kyrgyzstan.
The parties emphasized the need to strengthen academic ties, improve educational standards, and expand practical training for students.
In addition, the prospects for developing direct interaction between medical universities and healthcare institutions of both countries were discussed, including the exchange of experiences between doctors and teachers, as well as organizing joint scientific events.
