The country's parliament approved the document for ratification of the agreement titled "First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth" in early February of this year. The agreement itself was signed in Bishkek on September 22, 2025.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to notify the OPEC Fund for International Development of the completion of all necessary domestic procedures for the loan agreement to come into effect.
The law will take effect 10 days after its official publication.
