During the inspection, it was established that on a plot of land covering 78 hectares, owned by citizen K.A.K., several small and capital structures were erected with serious violations of the legislation. These objects are located in the water protection zone, where any construction work is strictly prohibited to protect the ecosystem.
The Ministry of Construction emphasized the importance of protecting water protection zones to ensure environmental safety. The agency plans to continue systematic inspections and clear coastal areas of unauthorized constructions in cooperation with local authorities.
