The court issued a verdict against Shamsiddin Fariduni, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Mahammadsobir Faizov, and Saidukram Rachabolizod. All of them received life imprisonment.
According to the court's decision, part of their sentence will be served in prison, after which they will be transferred to a high-security colony. In addition, each of them has been fined 990,000 rubles.
It is worth recalling that as a result of the tragic incident in March 2024 at "Krokus City Hall," 149 people lost their lives.
A total of 19 individuals have been brought to criminal responsibility in this case — alleged members of the terrorist group "Vilayat Khorasan" and their accomplices. Four of them, according to the investigation, directly participated in the attack, while six others were involved in weapon preparation and logistics organization.
The proceedings in this case lasted about seven months. The prosecution insisted that Shamsiddin Fariduni serve the first 18 years of his sentence in prison, and then continue serving the remainder in a high-security colony, as well as pay a fine of 990,000 rubles.
