At a recent plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the results of financial activities for the year 2025 were summarized. The court's press service reported that one of the main indicators was the increase in revenues to the state budget.

According to the data from the financial and economic department, in 2025, the accumulated account received 506 million 239 thousand 998 soms in state fees. This increase significantly exceeds the figures for 2024, when the total amount of collections was 449 million 606 thousand 470 soms.

In 2025, the first-instance courts reviewed 171 thousand 48 civil cases and materials.

Although the overall growth in collections was 6 percent compared to 2024, experts note a slowdown in the dynamics of claims. Previously, the annual growth rate was 20–30 percent, but these rates have now decreased. Specialists explain this by changes in legislation that have moved some disputes to pre-trial procedures.

Statistics show that in 95 percent of cases, the parties agreed with the decisions made and did not file appeals. In cassation, the panel on administrative cases reviewed 1 thousand 316 cases, while the panel on criminal cases reviewed 1 thousand 584 cases. Out of 793 cassation complaints, the courts satisfied 231, which constitutes 29.13 percent.
