He noted that issues related to disagreements with traffic police officers or journalists should not be discussed from the parliamentary podium.
Deputy Akylbek Tumonbaev expressed dissatisfaction with the speech of his colleague Eru lan Kokulov, who, in his opinion, wastes precious parliamentary time on personal topics.
Tumonbaev pointed out that Kokulov spent about 15 minutes discussing his own interests instead of raising important state issues. "If it concerns his personal life, he should use social media for communication. We are here to develop laws for the country. If he had proposed a new bill, that would be a different matter," emphasized Tumonbaev.
He added that conflicts with the traffic police or media representatives are private matters of the deputy and should not be discussed from the parliamentary podium.
Tumonbaev also reminded that Kokulov represents the Issyk-Kul region, where there are many unresolved social problems that remain unaddressed. According to him, these issues require discussion.
The deputy also appealed to the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh to ensure order in the work of the parliament, stating that personal conflicts among deputies are inappropriate.
In conclusion, he noted that it is necessary to observe the appropriate etiquette at the parliamentary podium and show respect: "This is not the first case, but the fourth. If there are personal disagreements, they should be resolved outside the walls of parliament."
