In Kyrgyzstan, according to the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration, about 25% of employers do not implement special measures to attract youth, despite the existing shortage of young specialists.

It is noted that companies in Bishkek and the Talas region are more actively engaging with young professionals, offering various internships, practical training, and opportunities for career growth.

Among the methods for attracting youth, internships and practical training are the most widely used, with 28% to 41% of employers utilizing them. Companies also offer flexible schedules, on-the-job training, and participation in job fairs.

According to the Ministry of Labor, employers' interest in developing young professionals is gradually increasing. Under the "Youth Internship" program, citizens aged 16 to 35 can gain their first work experience with the possibility of employment upon completion.

Employers wishing to attract interns can fill out an application.
