These changes involve the addition of a new position to the Security Council — now it includes the head of the state body responsible for the protection of the state border.
The Secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic has been given the responsibility to oversee the implementation of this decree.
It is worth reminding that in February of this year, the president signed a decree under which the Border Service was removed from the structure of the State National Security Committee (GKNB) and transformed into an independent state body — the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
